As of 9.3, build 259, ServicePoint has established compatibility with NCR CounterPoint up through version 8.5.6. ServicePoint is “version aware”, and will function properly with prior versions of CP, up through the most current version.
Take advantage of the latest features, including:
- Scheduling calendar comments. Freeform comments entries by tech and by day.
- Scheduled “Crew” features. Scheduling multiple technicians and resources together is now more intuitive, featuring an interface to assign and move crews as a group.
- Capture of images to be attached directly to work orders. Images may be added via work order maintenance in the desktop application, or directly from a phone or tablet’s camera using the SP Mobile app.
